Licensed Plumber - Warranty Service Technician (Residential & Commercial)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber - Warranty Service Technician to join our dynamic team, providing top-tier warranty service for both residential and commercial products that we represent as manufacturer representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems under warranty, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert workmanship and professional communication. Your expertise will help uphold our reputation for quality service, safety, and reliability across diverse project sites.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your construction plumbing skills.

While not out in the field providing warranty service, we would train you on answering and handling calls that require technical assistance for the products that we represent.

Salary is negotiable: dependent upon experience

• Conduct thorough inspections of the products & their installation in residential and commercial properties to identify issues covered under warranty.
• Perform repairs water heaters (residential, commercial/gas & electric), pressure regulators, backflow preventer, flush valves (manual & sensor) sensor faucets. and related components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate warranty service appointments and ensure timely completion of warranty work.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Valid state-issued plumbing license with experience in construction plumbing and warranty service work.
• Proven construction site experience with knowledge of building codes, schematics, and mechanical systems such as HVAC.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized construction equipment.
• Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely on various job sites.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites; excellent driving record required.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; familiarity with construction safety protocols is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently.
