We are actively hiring experienced wood framers who are self-starters, reliable, and eager to build their skills while contributing to high-quality residential and commercial projects.

As a Wood Framer at Golder Inc, you will play a key role in constructing durable, accurate, and safe structures. The ideal candidate has hands-on framing experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.

• Locations: Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Provo areas
• Pay: $18 – $35 per hour (DOE)

  Weekly — on time, every time

• Perform wood framing for residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Read and interpret plans, layouts, and measurements accurately
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials using proper tools and techniques
• Work efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with crew members and follow direction from supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Minimum 1–2 years of wood framing or related construction experience
• Strong understanding of measurements, construction math, and basic layouts
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor

• Experience reading blueprints or framing layouts
• Ability to work independently or lead small crews
• Familiarity with power tools and framing equipment
