Compensation:
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

• Splice and troubleshoot fiber optics.
• Operate fiber testing/OTDR.
• Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner.
• Prepare vehicle and machinery daily.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Monitor and verify quality control and uniformity of work.
• Follow established safety rules on the job site, to and from the job site, and use common sense in maintaining a safe environment for self, team members, customers, and the public.
• Work as a team to complete projects.
• Assist the Project Manager with any other duties as needed.

• Clean background check.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card required before eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work in all outdoor temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to perform physical labor, climb ladders, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive can‑do attitude and openness to trying new ways.

• Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction, and/or engineering industry.
