Compensation:
We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.
- Splice and troubleshoot fiber optics.
- Operate fiber testing/OTDR.
- Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner.
- Prepare vehicle and machinery daily.
- Complete daily paperwork.
- Monitor and verify quality control and uniformity of work.
- Follow established safety rules on the job site, to and from the job site, and use common sense in maintaining a safe environment for self, team members, customers, and the public.
- Work as a team to complete projects.
- Assist the Project Manager with any other duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Clean background check.
- Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card required before eligible to drive a company vehicle.
- Ability to work in all outdoor temperatures and conditions.
- Ability to perform physical labor, climb ladders, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive can‑do attitude and openness to trying new ways.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction, and/or engineering industry.
