Position Overview: AMD is seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Sales to lead the commercialization of its cutting‑edge dental products across domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will manage and expand sale team strategically to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the CEO and lead the sales teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and profit goals.
  • Working with marketing team closely to create contents to drive sales.
  • Build, expand, and optimize the sales teams within budgetary guidelines to grow sales across multiple channels, including direct sales, special market, and distributions (domestic and international).
  • Develop and manage monthly and quarterly budgets, ensuring successful execution to achieve financial targets.
  • Create and implement effective strategies for direct sales, special markets, distribution partnerships, and international market expansion.
  • Managing day to day sales activities and setup daily sales and activity metrics to measure performance of each sales channel in real time.
  • Expertise in sales enablement, ensuring that all teams have the necessary tools, education, and coaching to be successful on all fronts

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in leadership in sale team management and development within the dental industry.
  • Strong sales background with experience in direct sales, distribution, Dental Service Organizations (DSO), educational institutions, and government agencies within the U.S. market.
  • International sales experience is required, with a strong understanding of various international markets and cultures.
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive within a technology-driven, manufacturing-focused environment.
  • Experience building teams, developing strategies that evolve as needs change, and delivering resources to sales teams.
  • Track record of utilizing data for analytics and decision making, implementing CRM changes and improving CRM engagement, and holding team accountable to all metrics.
  • Consistent ability to deliver results on time and on target.

Location: This position is based in West Jordan (Salt Lake City area), Utah.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation consists of a competitive base salary plus quarterly and annual performance bonuses based on profit. AMD offers a competitive benefits package that includes 401K, health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and more. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates.
