As an Outside Lawn Care Sales Consultant
, your primary responsibility is to enroll residential homeowners into Canopy’s premium lawn care programs. This role blends warm conversations, neighborhood outreach, and light canvassing to generate and close new customers.

This is a simple, fast sales process
. Most conversations are short, straightforward, and focused on educating homeowners on why Canopy’s organic-first approach is better than traditional chemical lawn services. You’ll spend less time “convincing” and more time enrolling.

When you’re not closing homeowners, you’ll be working targeted residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach (kept conversational and educational—not aggressive).

Canopy provides training, messaging, and a proven process so you can focus on producing, improving, and earning at a high level.

• Enroll homeowners into Canopy Lawn Care services
• Engage in daily residential canvassing to generate new sales opportunities
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of organic, soil-first lawn treatments
• Deliver a professional, trustworthy customer experience
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly production goals
• Represent the Canopy brand with confidence and integrity

• Comfortable working an outside sales role with neighborhood canvassing (D2D)
• Prior outside sales or home-service experience preferred (pest, solar, roofing, alarms, lawn, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Flexible availability (afternoons/evenings and some Saturdays perform best)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

No prior lawn care experience required — sales training provided.

• Commission-based, uncapped earnings
• Average performers: $80,000+ annually
• Top performers: $150,000+ annually
• Weekly earning potential of $2,000 – $5,000+ based on production
