As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for:

• Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promoting the optimal health, well‑being, and safety of the patient through the use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrating personal accountability for relationship‑based care, the organizational mission, and core values.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Nursing Diploma or equivalent endorsement acceptable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates; preferred for experienced RNs.

• One year of experience preferred.
• Specialty‑specific nursing skills and knowledge base required.

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact acceptable.

• Medium work – may require exertion of up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, or 10 lbs constantly.

Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley has recently expanded, tripling capacity to 171 beds. We utilize advanced technology and state‑of‑the‑art equipment and have a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center. Our team is dedicated to providing expert care in a warm, family‑friendly environment.

$32.01 – $48.43 per hour
