• Support in training, onboarding, and evaluating team members
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals
• Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics for management review

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
