KNP Construction, Inc. KNP CONSTRUCTION, INC. is looking for skilled Project Superintendents who are experienced in commercial building projects. It is the responsibility of the Superintendent to make sure that each job is completed in the amount of time allotted with the highest degree of quality, while maintaining cost to ensure the project stays within budget. Applicants will be proficient in scheduling and time management as well as having extensive knowledge of the trades required to build commercial building from the ground up. The ability to comprehensively read and understand plans, shop drawings, and submittals, as well as great organizational skills are a must. The applicant must be able to pass a skills test demonstrating the ability to read plans to the employer’s satisfaction.
Communication skills are also necessary as the applicant will be working with many subcontractors, the office staff, and Project Owners.
Requirements: 2 Years of Experience as a Commercial Superintendent, High School Diploma or GED. Superintendent will be a hands on, working superintendent. Knowledge of Construction Trades and Skills, Plan Reading and Comprehension. Organization, Communication, Keeping everyone involved in the job on task and on schedule, Computer skills preferred, training will be provided. Superintendent will be required to submit daily time cards and pictures to be sent via email.
