Responsibilities

Business Development Manager position for Copper Hills Youth Center – a residential treatment facility (behavioral health care) serving male and female 12‑17 year olds with psychiatric disorders.

Location:

Copper Hills Youth Center, West Jordan, Utah.

The Business Development Manager serves as the liaison between the facility and the community, creating demand for the facility’s services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Responsibilities include implementing the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility’s brand and image, effectively managing assigned territory and accounts, and achieving departmental and facility business development goals. The role requires tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast‑paced environment.

Travel: ~85% of the time to visit referral sources in states such as California, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, or Montana.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
  • Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, or sales growth highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 85% of the time to other states.
