Responsibilities will include:

* Assess resident/patient health problems and needs

* Develop and implement nursing care plans

* Maintain medical records

* Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients

* May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management

Job Details

Requirements:

* RN degree from an accredited college or school of nursing

* New York State license as Registered Professional Nurse

* Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred

* One year geriatric experience preferred

* BCLS/CPR certification required

Salary Range

USD $46.35 - USD $49.15 /Hr.

The pay for this position ranges from $46.35 - $49.15 per hour/per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
