Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)Location: West Islip
Schedule- 4 shifts per week
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to support a high-volume emergency department in West Islip. This is a high-demand assignment with consistent scheduling, ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced, acute care environments.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience (required)
- Strong triage, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently
- Comfortable working collaboratively in dynamic ER settings
- Perform rapid patient assessments and triage
- Deliver safe, efficient emergency nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with ER standards
