• Coordinate on‑call schedules for all specialties and communicate changes to clinical units.
• Interact with Chiefs and Chairmen of specialties to ensure schedules are covered.
• Manage scheduling adjustments based on physician availability.
• Sit for long periods interspersed with walking to and from various locations.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication with staff and physicians.
• Perform light physical tasks such as bending, stretching, lifting files up to 5 lbs, and handling delicate items.

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.

USD $27.00 - $33.00 /Hr.
