Responsibilities- Performs a variety of clinical and research procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and imitative.
- The technologists will produce and evaluate CT images for technical quality, properly identify images and patients and effectively use judgment for protocols and procedures.
- Medication oversight which includes documentation of delivery of contrast media.
- Adheres to hospital and departmental policies and procedures and JCAHO/regulatory agency requirements.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be a graduate of an accredited two‑year program in radiologic technology
- ARRT registration and NYS DOH Radiology license required; certified to inject contrast
- Knowledge and working experience in Computerized Axid Tomography preferred
- BLS required. No online programs from any organization will be accepted.
USD $60.90 - USD $60.90 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
