The Maintenance Team member will complete repair work on all pump, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical equipment. Reports to Venue Maintenance Manager.

• Maintain all infrastructure including buildings and equipment.
• Maintain and inventory small equipment including hand and power tools, supplies and hardware.
• Engage in projects including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, equipment maintenance, fencing and general labor.
• Perform general building maintenance and monitor/repair building year-round.
• Repair fence lines.
• Maintain working knowledge of event safety and emergency plan.
• Stay in communication with the Operations Manager year-round.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety precautions as determined by each assignment.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration, generators, steam, electrical, gas, air, diesel, and water-powered equipment within the venue.
• Clear plumbing blockages by the most appropriate means as determined by problem security when assigned to plumbing.
• Complete electrical repairs (rewiring fixtures, bulb replacement, power source repair, replacement and wiring). Install new electrical fixtures and outlets as assigned.
• Complete construction repairs and carpentry as assigned to carpentry.
• Perform general maintenance, installation and repairs as assigned to facilities.
• Repair various tools and equipment as needed.
• Requisition needed parts and supplies from the supply room for each project.
• Work as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experience.
• Report all repairs required and safety and fire hazards to supervisor.
• Observe safety standards and practices.

• Ability to read, write and follow written instruction.

• 3-5 years maintenance/facilities trade experience.
• Critical thinking and decision making.
• High School diploma.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.

• Ability to lift and carry 50 - 60 pounds.
• Ability to push and/or pull 300 - 400 pounds on wheels.
• Ability to climb ladders and work from ladders and platforms for extended periods.
• Ability to work from stooping, crouching, or kneeling positions.
• Dexterity to manipulate tools and supplies used for repair and installation.
• Must complete detailed repair and installation and ensure safety when using power/air tools.
• Ability to crawl and reach as needed.
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud music, smoke and crowds for extended periods.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Tolerance of loud noises.
