Job OverviewTashman Home Center is hiring a skilled and hands-on Installation Supervisor / Installer to oversee our field installations and warehouse operations. This dual‑role leader will manage job site coordination, field scheduling, and ensure each installation meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Ideal for a seasoned tradesperson who enjoys working both in the field and the office, this position plays a pivotal role in job execution, client relations, and operational planning.

Oversee daily installation schedules and field operations
Perform installations when necessary
Assign and coordinate installation teams and dispatch materials to job sites
Communicate directly with clients regarding scheduling, job site access, and project status
Perform final measurements and assist the sales team with job quoting and takeoffs
Manage job site preparation, material staging, and order verification
Ensure accurate dispatch folders and installation instructions for field crews
Perform on‑site quality control checks and troubleshoot installation issues
Review and input vendor pricing into Spruce system and follow up on backorders
Support warehouse operations and assist in receiving and inspecting materials
Supervise inventory, company vehicles, and warehouse staff
Collect end‑of‑day job reports, photos, and signed dispatches
Submit accurate installer timecards to Accounts Receivable
Qualifications5+ years of hands‑on field experience in construction, installation, or trade work
3–5 years of leadership experience managing crews or field operations
Strong knowledge of installation best practices for windows, doors, glass, or similar products
Ability to manage multiple installations and coordinate field teams effectively
Familiarity with job site planning, change orders, and customer communications
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities
Comfortable using construction software (Spruce experience a plus)
High School diploma or GED required
