Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public responders when required;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations; help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence and verbal engagement;
Document patrols, incidents, and/or observations in written reports and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
