Security Officer - Flex Patrol Reserve

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting observations and helping to deter unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or public emergency services as needed.;
Control access where assigned by monitoring entry points, verifying resident and guest access, and assisting with visitor directions and inquiries.;
Prepare clear, timely reports of patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns such as lighting outages or unsecured doors, and communicate updates to site contacts per post orders.
