About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nightlife Security Manager to oversee nightly security operations at premier nightlife venues in West Hollywood. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the dynamics of nightlife and hospitality security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support on-site security staff to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff
• Act as the point of contact for venue management, law enforcement, and emergency services
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and assessments to proactively address potential issues
• Enforce venue policies, handle escalations, and de-escalate conflicts when necessary
• Maintain nightly reports, incident logs, and personnel documentation
• Provide training, coaching, and evaluations for security officers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in nightlife or hospitality security management
• Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
• Management and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in high-energy and high-volume nightlife environments
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities
• Must be available Wednesday through Sunday nights
• Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and able to foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience in crowd control and VIP guest handling
• A military or law enforcement background is a plus
