• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assisting with daily store manager admin work
• Assisting with training new hire sales associates
• Assisting with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walking customers to their rooms and teaching them how to use the tanning equipment
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.
