Part Time Sales Associates

COTTON CITIZEN is looking for skilled part-time sales associates to join our growing Robertson Blvd., Los Angeles team. This person should actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our products, be results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell COTTON CITIZEN’s products - strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
• Develop and foster relationships;
  Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
• Meet and exceed targets;
  Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition and sales.
• Track progress and results - record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
• Research and understand target market;
  Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and COTTON CITIZEN’s overall local market opportunity.

• 1-2 years retail sales experience with a similar contemporary-to-luxury market brand.
• Flexible availability.
• Advanced skills in communicating and selling.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships.
• Team player;
  Able to work collaboratively with other sales associates.
• Detail oriented with a keen eye for detail in maintaining a tidy sales floor and inventory.
