COTTON CITIZEN is looking for a skilled full‑time sales associate to join our growing Robertson Blvd., Los Angeles team. This person should actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our products, be results‑driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top‑line revenue growth.

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell COTTON CITIZEN’s products – strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
• Develop and foster relationships; maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
• Meet and exceed targets – achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition and sales.
• Track progress and results – record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
• Research and understand target market; stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and COTTON CITIZEN’s overall local market opportunity.

• 1‑2 years retail sales experience with a similar contemporary‑to‑luxury market brand.
• Full time availability.
• Advanced skills in communicating and selling.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and build client relationships.
• Team player; able to work collaboratively with other sales associates.
• Detail oriented with a keen eye for detail in maintaining a tidy sales floor and inventory.
