• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Under direct supervision, the Seafood Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning seafood display cases, cleaning, filling, and rotating the seafood displays. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.
