server responsibilities
  • demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest, making the guest the number one priority.
  • handle pos system quickly and efficiently always.
  • have extensive knowledge of the bottega louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience in every way possible.
  • perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience.
  • execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program.
  • happily assist other employees in their tasks.
  • perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty.
  • notify the manager of any guest complaint, issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service.
  • demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm.
  • understand and embody the bottega louie brand.
compensation
  • top performers earn approximately $50 – $65.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance).
  • $19.65 of hourly compensation + $50 – $65 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of servers sales data).
  • our top server last period made $65 per hour including tips.
