  • People who are Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended period of times
Line Cook Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cleaning your personal workspace to ensure a pristine prep station
  • Adhere to health codes and safety regulations daily by checking the cleanliness of storage areas and food prep
  • Communicate with the chef regarding any assistance with kitchen support, management or any BOH needs
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and according to requests
  • Demonstrate and emphasize the importance of recipe consistency to maintain the quality of each dish per Bottega Louie standards
  • Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
  • Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, enthusiasm, initiative and have exceptional communication skills
  • Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
Compensation
  • Beginning at $20-25/hr
  • Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act
  • The tip pool distributions may be in the range of $3.00 - 5.00/hr based on recent average sales data.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): mornings, nights and/or weekends.
