Job Opportunity – Case Manager / Registered Nurse – California

Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: West Hollywood, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 40 hours per week; weekend coverage required; no on-call

Highlights:

• Inpatient case management role in a 255-bed acute care facility
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Caseload of approximately 15 patients with interdisciplinary support from social services and transportation teams
• 16 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
• Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
• Locals accepted; first-time travelers welcome

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be permanent license; temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient case management experience (3+ years preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of HMO and Medicare for inpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facility settings
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Inter Qual Criteria and Milliman Guidelines preferred
• Familiarity with discharge planning, care coordination, and plan of care development
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding, DRG, CPT coding, HIPAA guidelines, and CMS standards preferred
• Two supervisor references from within the last year required at time of submission
• Nursys report dated within the last two weeks showing all licensed states
