US Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of the US Shopify site
• Execute and optimize drops, launches, and commercial moments for the US market
• Integrate social commerce initiatives in partnership with Marketing
• Continuously test and improve conversion, customer journey, and site experience
• Partner with Merchandising on product storytelling, assortments, and sell-through
• Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with UK HQ to align execution with global strategy
• Explore new tools, platforms, and technologies shaping the future of e-commerce

• Strong Shopify and DTC experience
• Familiarity with social commerce platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging tools
• Experience in premium fashion, streetwear, or performance brands preferred
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Motivated by ownership, accountability, and impact
