Overview
Prominent medical malpractice law firm with a statewide practice is seeking an attorney with 3 years of personal injury experience. Must be an aggressive top-notch litigator capable of taking on a full-charged case load.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $175,000-$500,000/year

Responsibilities- Handle all aspects of medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, and develop legal strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
- Prepare clients and expert witnesses for testimony.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediation's, arbitration's, and trials.
- Work closely with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and case precedents.
- Juris Doctor
- Active Member of CA Bar Association
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or personal injury
- Strong writing, analytical and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Trial or settlement experience
- Familiar with medical terminology and healthcare standards
- Experience working with expert witnesses
