We are looking for a legal assistant to support our team of corporate lawyers. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate from a top tier school who is considering a career in corporate law. We're looking for a bright, quick thinking star who can help us with processing documents and corporate filings.

Responsibilities- Support team of corporate lawyers with document processing and corporate filings.
- Assist with form formation and maintenance of corporations and LLCs for clients in entertainment and UHNW segments.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams; demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Directly relevant experience
- Dynamic personality and professional phone skills
- Compensation is in the range of $75,000 annually
