Outlet Manager

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, including team members, service and profit management. He/she is expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and remain on the floor while keeping quality consistently high.

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Manage the labor costs of the departments while ensuring service excellence.
• Maintain high standards of service by developing the team to follow all service standards.
• Comply at all times with The London West Hollywood standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Manage recruitment, coaching and corrective action process.
• Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets.
• Supervise all team members.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure preparation of required reports, including payroll, team members schedules, quarterly actions plans.
• Monitor quality of service in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures in all outlets.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years in food and beverage managerial position
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Food and Beverage knowledge
