As a healthcare provider at Monarch Athletic Club, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, offering personalized medical care tailored to each client’s unique goals and health journey. You will work collaboratively with fitness professionals, nutritionists, and recovery specialists in our state-of-the-art facilities to provide a comprehensive and client-centric wellness experience.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused preventive care, medical consultations, and treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including lab review and physical examinations, focusing on longevity, performance, and preventive medicine.
• Collaborate with fitness, nutrition, and recovery teams to create and implement individualized wellness programs.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology, diagnostics, and evidence-based practices to deliver innovative care.
• Provide ongoing medical education and wellness insights to clients to empower their health journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• MD, DO, ND, or NP with an active and unrestricted California medical license.
• Strong commitment to preventive and holistic care, with a focus on optimizing health and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
