Job Description:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Post journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Prepare and present financial analysis, long term cash flow analysis, and P&L reporting solutions
- Oversee insurance renewals and claims
- Assist with month end close
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Detail-oriented
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or Music Business with strong academic record
- 3+ years public and/or entertainment industry experience OR 5+ years bookkeeping for high net-worth individuals
