What we're looking for / Requisitos
  • Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.
  • Verify the cash bank provided for change and necessary supplies at the start of each shift.
  • Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
  • Collect payment via cash, credit card or validation, securing cash according to company SOPs.
  • Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets) according to policy, including completing the applicable form.
  • Provide correct change for cash transactions and issue a receipt for all fee transactions.
  • Complete daily shift paperwork detailing transactions, vehicles in/out, contract parkers, and tickets.
  • Maintain a neat cashier booth at all times, free of debris, with clean windows and no unapproved posters or decorations.
  • Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer, including maintaining uniform appearance, greetings, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking customers on exit.
  • May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to maintenance checklists.
  • Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Must Haves / Requisitos
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • High School degree preferred.
  • One year of related experience with cash handling.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with employees and customers.
  • Ability to resolve customer questions or issues professionally and courteously.

Physical Demands: Stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands/arms, talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment: Exposed to weather conditions; regular exposure to fumes and airborne particles. Noise level can range from minimal to moderate.
