- Greet guests upon arrival, providing excellent front desk customer service and anticipating their needs.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Deliver mail, messages, and packages.
- Coordinate with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance, and Management.
- Provide information on transport, restaurants, and other services.
- Handle conflicts or tense situations professionally.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Coordinate Resident Move-ins and Move-outs.
- Manage elevator reservations for residents.
- Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and guests.
- Recruit partners for the Onni Rewards program and update residents.
- Maintain cleanliness of amenity spaces and service resident lounge coffee machines.
- Refer services like housekeepers, dog walkers, etc.
- Assist with packages, dry cleaning, and perishable arrangements.
- Liaise with LEVEL hotel and LEVEL Hope + Flower guests regarding arrivals, departures, and keys.
- Assist residents with Friends and Family bookings.
- Plan and brainstorm resident events.
- Communicate daily events and updates.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High School Degree
- College courses in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows
- Commitment to exceeding guest service expectations with high-level luxury customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, teamwork, good work ethics
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility, positivity, outgoing nature, and ability to relate well with diverse populations
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
