• Saturday – 7am–3:30pm
• Sunday – 5am–1:30pm or 10am–6:30pm
• Tuesday – 7am–3:30pm
• Monday morning availability is a plus

• Prepare, cook and pack hot and cold items to spec and scale
• Accurately follow recipes and prep lists
• Chop, dice, grill, marinate, season, and portion
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all kitchen areas
• Work collaboratively with a team that values hustle and quality

• 2+ years of kitchen experience as a line cook
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Creative and positive team player
• Food safety certified (or willing to be)
• Passionate about cooking and working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable & on time

Compensation: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
