We are a growing company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing customer interaction with operational responsibilities.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in supporting customers, assisting the sales team, and ensuring orders and shipments move smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands‑on position where flexibility, organization, and a problem‑solving mindset are essential.

Responsibilities Customer Service
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide order updates, product information, and general support
  • Address customer issues professionally and ensure timely resolution
Customer Complaints Management
  • Record, track, and maintain accurate documentation of customer complaints
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, quality) to investigate and resolve issues
  • Follow up with customers to confirm resolution
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement
Order Entry & Order Management
  • Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems
  • Review orders for pricing, quantities, and shipping details
  • Manage order changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Monitor order progress to ensure timely processing
Logistics & Shipping Coordination
  • Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, pack lists, and routing
  • Work with warehouse staff and carriers to resolve shipment issues
  • Monitor and track On Time Delivery and communicate updates or delays
  • Assist the sales team with order-related requests and customer information
  • Portal/compliance entry
  • Provide order status updates
  • Support quotes, follow‑ups, and general coordination
Operations Support
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or CRM experience is a plus
  • Self‑motivated with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
