Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician – Drive to customer homes, diagnose and repair home appliances with high quality and efficiency.

• Hourly base rate $18–$30 depending on experience, certification and location.

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances – refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide value‑added solutions that help make their home cleaner, more comfortable and protected.
• Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing & repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Background & drug screen clearance.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work and ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, English proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally, reach, bend, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl and occasionally reach above shoulder.
