• Minimum 4 years of appliance repair experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Technical school, appliance training, or equivalent hands-on training
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Expert in diagnosing and repairing major household appliances
• Ability to place appliances into diagnostic mode and read error codes
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Maintain a clean and organized service van
• Ability to write invoices and complete service documentation
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Proficient with a multimeter
• Able to read and understand wiring diagrams
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license

• Diagnose appliance issues using diagnostic modes and error codes
• Perform efficient, high-quality repairs
• Accurately document work and complete invoices
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Keep tools, parts, and vehicle organized
