Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial services location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and observe customer areas for unusual conditions, reporting concerns, alarms, and/or maintenance issues according to site procedures.;
Complete required shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and/or access records while maintaining a professional presence and communication with site personnel.
