CFS is hiring a full‑desk Executive Recruiter! This sales role is responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting top accounting and finance talent; “match‑making” professionals with opportunities; and building long‑standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers. The role will sell/recruit in the Boston market, but will sit in West Hartford, CT.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting with a proven track record of success OR 1-4 years of public accounting experience.
- Enjoys sales—the thrill of the hunt, negotiating, closing the deal—and wants to sell and make money.
- Likes to manage their work like it is their own business.
- Ability to communicate at all levels confidently and effectively in an organization.
- Good at connecting on social media, but even better connecting by phone and face to face (including video chat).
- Driven, competitive, self‑motivated, and a team player.
- Good sense of humor.
- Compensation:
Base salary $50,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission + bonus. - Long‑term wealth: 401K + match. Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) – you have equity in the company!
