• Interview, hire, coach, supervise, motivate, evaluate, schedule, and discipline Sales Consultants.
• Identify training and procedural needs to increase sales productivity; make recommendations to Store Manager and implement necessary changes.
• Review and analyze sales reports to monitor the productivity level of Sales Consultants and ensure all budgeted sales goals are met.
• Respond to escalated customer service issues and resolve problems.
• Monitor sales floor to ensure all guests are assisted by sales personnel.

• Minimum 5 years combined sales and management experience in a high-volume major retailer or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and direct others.
• Solid understanding of product knowledge as it pertains to the furniture industry.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Pay Range: $85,000–$95,000 per year
We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
