What You'll Do

* Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents

* Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit

* Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care

* Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences

Required Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

* Current LPN license in the State of Connecticut

* Recent experience in long-term care or acute care (preferred)

* Current CPR certification

* Availability to work every other weekend
