Role Summary
The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) is a field-based role focused on working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within a defined geography and cancer type, with a primary focus on Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The RMM develops strategies and implementation plans to gain market insights, build product advocacy, and drive regional marketing initiatives. This role collaborates with regulatory, legal, medical, market access, and sales teams to execute regional advisory boards, speaker programs, and other marketing tactics.
Responsibilities- Help lead the key customer marketing efforts in their respective regions
- Balance customer-facing time and managing marketing projects
- Drive results in key areas, including KOL relationship management, insights collection/reporting, advocacy development, speaker identification, training and management, and regional marketing efforts
- Develop clinical and commercial knowledge of the Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) market; understand regional treatment and market specifics
- Formulate strategic and tactical plans for education and KOL engagements based on regional market understanding and trends
- Develop engagement plans to enhance relationships with KOLs across functions and sites of care
- Lead development, content creation, and deployment of regional advisory boards and other insight-generation projects
- Contribute to speaker bureau development, including recruiting, content development, training, execution, and evaluation of branded and unbranded programs
- Support pull-through of commercial strategies at medical conferences and meetings
- Prioritize and implement peer-to-peer education or other tactics to meet regional market needs
- Establish strong relationships with internal functions – sales, access, and medical teams
- Ensure plans and tactics meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Participate on cross-functional teams and represent the Brand team at PMRC and other internal meetings as required
- Manage marketing projects and budgets associated with regional key customer activities
- Required:
5+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (sales, marketing, thought-leader liaison, key customer work, or equivalent) - Required:

Breadth of functional experience - Preferred:
Hematology market experience - Preferred:
Launch experience - Strong interpersonal skills, strategic relationship management, and collaboration abilities
- Team-oriented with solid communication skills, including presenting to cross-functional teams
- Excellent judgment, strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (life sciences or related discipline a plus)
- Graduate degree (preferred)
- Approximately 40-50% travel required
