Accounting Manager

An Accounting Manager oversees a company's accounting department, managing daily operations, staff, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulations like GAAP, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting strategic business decisions through analysis, forecasting, and robust internal controls, often requiring a bachelor's degree and CPA. • Financial Operations :
  Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Reporting & Analysis :
  Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; provide insights to management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting :
  Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and financial plans.
• Staff Management :
  Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members.

• Process Improvement :
