This role is for a people‑first leader who knows how to run a strong operation and create a culture people love showing up for. As General Manager, you'll own the day‑to‑day success of the shop—leading your team, delivering standout guest experiences, and keeping the business healthy, fun, and values‑driven (with ice cream always close by).
