• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement
• Conduct client intakes and build strong, supportive relationships
• Collect and analyze medical records, police reports, and other key documents
• Draft demand packages and settlement documents
• Coordinate medical treatment and track client progress
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and preparation

• Solid understanding of legal terminology and personal injury procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with legal software and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter who thrives in a team setting
• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• 3+ year of experience in personal injury pre-litigation
• Familiarity with File Vine, Clio, or Needles
