What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an exceptional Audiologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you a skilled, patient-focused, team player looking to join a team of excellence? The best fit for our team is someone who is a team player, high-energy, friendly and supportive with our patients as well as our team. We are seeking a full-time Audiologist for our practice, hours are Monday – Friday
-8AM-4PM (one day a week until 5:30PM). The location is West Hartford, will need to be flexible to travel to other locations in Glastonbury and Willimantic.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education.
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
• Adherence to company policies and procedures

What You’ll Need

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients.
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
• Active Connecticut Audiology license or eligible for licensure
• Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals.
• Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback.
