Made a purposeful career change from another role in finance at age 26. Holds an English minor and a business minor, which shape her strong communication skills and analytical approach. She now focuses on recruiting, developing, and supporting advisors, with particular strength in mentoring career changers and growth‑minded professionals.

Helping clients achieve long‑term financial security, mentoring the next generation of advisors, reading, continuous learning and taking on new challenges with curiosity and intention.

Actuary (FSA) with a background in actuarial science, data and analytics, healthcare finance, underwriting, pricing, reserving, FP&A, and actuarial modeling. Entered Northwestern Mutual with deep product knowledge equivalent to decades of industry experience and a strong professional network of over 2,000 contacts, which helped him transition quickly and build early momentum.
