We’ve partnered with a growing professional services firm that is looking to bring on a Client Services Associate to support their team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, helping people, and being part of a professional team environment. You’ll play an important role in helping the office run smoothly while supporting professionals who work directly with clients.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings for clients and team members
- Send confirmations and reminders to keep schedules running smoothly
- Help prepare materials and documents for meetings
- Maintain and update client records in internal systems
- Organize and upload important documents while ensuring accuracy
- Assist with client inquiries and route requests to the right team member
- Monitor communications and help with follow‑ups or administrative tasks
- Provide general office support including phones, mail, and coordination
- Help maintain a professional, organized office environment
- Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or client service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- A dependable, team‑oriented mindset
