Client Services Associate – Financial Services

West Hartford, CT | $60K - $70K | Onsite | Benefits + Growth

We’ve partnered with a growing professional services firm that is looking to bring on a Client Services Associate to support their team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, helping people, and being part of a professional team environment. You’ll play an important role in helping the office run smoothly while supporting professionals who work directly with clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for clients and team members
  • Send confirmations and reminders to keep schedules running smoothly
  • Help prepare materials and documents for meetings
  • Maintain and update client records in internal systems
  • Organize and upload important documents while ensuring accuracy
  • Assist with client inquiries and route requests to the right team member
  • Monitor communications and help with follow‑ups or administrative tasks
  • Provide general office support including phones, mail, and coordination
  • Help maintain a professional, organized office environment
