Title AdministratorKeystone has a Title Administrator position available in its West Hartford office. The Title Administrator will be responsible for processing motor vehicle titles in all 50 state jurisdictions, accurately and within company timelines and for providing excellent service to inside staff, sales representatives and customers.
- Process motor vehicle titles with precise accuracy, research titles and resolve issues as needed within company timeline
- Ability to understand and follow corresponding state title processing guidelines
- Interface with customers, sales team, credit department and various DMV agencies to ensure titles are properly processed and complete
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other duties associated within the documentation department.
- Other administrative duties as assigned including reception as needed
- 1-year motor vehicle title processing experience and knowledge of DMV documentation required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional phone manner
- Computer proficiency - MS Office
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- 2 Year Associates Degree preferred
