We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to play a key role in our accounting operations and financial reporting processes. This individual will support month‑end close, cost accounting functions, inventory analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Lead and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and standard cost updates
• Partner with operations to review variances, production metrics, and cost drivers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment
